Rolton Fire deliver CPD Seminars
Rolton Fire continue to spread the word about the benefits of fire engineering throughout the construction industry.
Most recently they have delivered continuing professional development (CPD) seminars to London based architects, Hunter and Partners, and to the North West Branch of the National Association of Healthcare Fire Officers (NAHFO). The CPD seminar delivered to Hunter and Partners focussed on some of the more technical aspects of fire engineering with case studies and an overview of the fire and evacuation modelling techniques available. The seminar to the NAHFO group discussed the benefits of fire engineering in healthcare facilities projects and our views on modelling evacuation in hospitals- which rely on the principle of progressive horizontal evacuation. Both presentations were well received and provoked interesting questions and discussions from the audiences.
